*After not working out for a decade, worked out 3x/week since the workshop….overall feelin’ much better in mind and body!
*Eating healthier fuels the goal to be healthier
*Wanting to put the FUN back into life: Reconnecting with friends, visiting interesting clients w/good stories!
*Researching charities that have been on the mind…and so much more.
Again, it’s not about the vision board….It’s about creating value based goals for *your* meaningful life! The vision board images simply remind you of what you really desire in life. When you consistently see them, your reticular activator is flipped on, yet become more connected to your goals, and you are more likely to move into action!
TIP: Proactively discern what your value based goals are when you’re in a good, rational space. When vision busters in life come your way and your vision gets foggy, (again) refer back to your board, get the reminder, and stay the course!
TIP: Put your vision board in a highly visible location so you can refer to it often…
The goal? Live your life from a place of value based goals & purpose vs. emotion, fear, doubt, or ____________. (Vision busters are different for everyone…)
