*Remember that just because “all the celebs are wearing them” doesn’t mean you should be! Choose what’s best for your shape…
*DKNY Jean – Avenue – not flattering on the model the way it’s paired. Would be better suited with a longer sweater, tunic, jacket.
*Not Your Daughter’s jeans – again love the concept, but this model would rock em best with a longer sweater to create better balance and proportion.

TIP: When you go jean shopping allow yourself extra time…say at least an hour, I say 2 hours is best. Be well hydrated and fed, bring the shoes you think you’re gong to rock with ’em, and be kind to yourself. Like swim wear, jean shopping can be tricky……but it doesn’t have to be!
