Hey Kim, I can’t wait to check out your blog! As an entrepreneur, aspiring professional speaker and a man looking for the woman of my dreams, I’m definitely interested in the type of image I project to the world. I also have a goal of having my highest level of fitness ever and 6-pack abs by my 50th birthday (Jan. 3, 2012). I want to inspire other people to be physically fit, confident and courageous and to live life with purpose. I’m confident you can be a big help to me! John

Hi John! Trust you are doing well. Thought of you yesterday as I finally took that trapeze class….it was exhilarating! Will post pictures and video soon. Anyway, it’s nice to see you here. Thanks for your patience with me as I get this all figured out. Congrats on your aspirations for turning 50 – sounds like a total package, good for you. Would be honored to serve you in any way I can. That said, I too, am having a milestone birthday. Turning 40 in July -in honor I’m running a half marathon…..completely new for me – running, that is!
